Shipping policy




Orders within the peninsula and Balearic Islands will be shipped by MRW and will be delivered within a period of 2 to 3 business days unless a different expected delivery date is indicated.

Orders for Portugal will be sent to your home via MRW and will be delivered within a period of between 2 and 3 business days unless a different expected delivery date is indicated.

HANDLING TIME

  • STOCK PRODUCTS: Most orders are shipped within 24/48 business hours from payment acceptance, and may be delayed up to 72 hours during peak times or with excessive workload.
  • OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS: These products are temporarily out of stock, the normal replenishment time for products varies depending on the brand's origin and the suppliers' processing times. If you have an urgent question or have been waiting for a while, write to info@benaturalhair.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

* When we process your order, we will inform you as soon as possible by email if any of the products included in your order are not available. In that case, we will not charge you any amount for that product.

SHIPPING

Shipments are made on the days established for each product from the accepted payment and order confirmation. However, there are cases where the shipment may be delayed due to issues with stock or delivery addresses.

Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the information and tracking details of the order so you can follow it at all times. Check the SPAM folder in case the email has arrived there.

However, you can always write to us at info@benaturalhair.com to inquire about the shipping status of your package.

 

INCIDENTS WITH DELIVERY/SHIPPING

If the package is returned for a reason unrelated to TRENDING CORPORATE S.L. (incomplete or incorrect address, package reuse, not picked up at the office, etc.), you can choose to either pay the shipping costs again, which will be €5.00 for national shipments, €7 for cash on delivery shipments, and €15.00 for international shipments, or to receive a refund of the order amount minus this amount.

Before confirming the order, please check the delivery address or if you have already confirmed the order, you can correct the delivery address within a maximum of 24 hours, before the order leaves our offices by sending an email to info@benaturalhair.com. Once the order appears as delivered on our website, the cost of the address change will be €2.99.

Once the order has been sent, the shipping method cannot be changed either. If you need to change the carrier, a new shipping fee will have to be paid. For example, if you selected shipping to a Post Office and the order has already left our warehouse, you can only pick it up at the Post Office. If you need home delivery, you must pay the amount for a new shipment.

 

Consider

*If the customer does not provide the correct address in the order and does not notify us minutes after the order (before the shipping and package is processed) and the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, there will be no option for a refund and a subsequent shipment of said package will be at the customer's and buyer's expense.

*In the event that the customer cannot be contacted at the time of delivery of the order, notification will be made via mailbox, and if the package is not picked up from the notified office within X days, it will be sent back to the factory, having lost the package without the option for a refund.

*In the event that the shipment has already been made, it will not be possible to change the delivery address as shipments are handled by external companies to TRENDING CORPORATE S.L. and we do not have the authority to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped from the warehouse, therefore the customer is responsible for the loss of the package in case the correct address was not provided, they have moved, or similar.

Factors such as logistical delays and customs clearance can affect the estimated delivery time.

TRENDING CORPORATE S.L. is not responsible under any circumstances for the taxes, fees, or tariffs applied to the shipment or charges that may be applied at customs for the purchased package, therefore the buyer and customer of Be Natural will be responsible for providing the required value at customs without being able to process a return.

*Any return, for whatever reason, the cost of shipping back to the warehouses is the responsibility of the customer. (We will pay for the shipping of that exchange so that the product returns to the buyer.)

*By purchasing on our website, you accept all the terms mentioned, so if they are met, no type of refund can be processed.

(incomplete or incorrect address, reuse of the package, non-collection at the office, etc.), you can choose between paying the delivery costs of €5.00 for national deliveries, €7.00 for cash on delivery and €15.00 for international deliveries, or a refund of the amount of the order minus this amount.

Before confirming the order, check the delivery address or if you have already confirmed the order, you can rectify the delivery address within a maximum period of 24 hours before the order leaves our offices by sending an email to info@benaturalhair.com. Once the order appears as delivered on our website, the cost of the change of address will be 2,99 €.

Once the order has been shipped, you will not be able to change the delivery method either, in case you need to change the carrier, you will have to pay a new delivery charge. For example, if you have selected delivery to the post office and the order has already left our warehouse, you will only be able to collect it at the post office, if you need a home delivery, you will have to pay the cost of a new delivery.
